THE BEER PRAYER

Our lager,
Which art in barrels,
Hallowed be thy drink,
Thy will be drunk, (I will be drunk),
At home as it is in the tavern.
Give us this day our foamy head,
And forgive us our spillage,
As we forgive those who spill against us,
And lead us not into incarceration,
But deliver us from hangovers.

Welcome to the LIFE Homebrew Club web site! Here, in the months to come, you will find information on the pleasures of home beer, wine, mead, cider and sake making! As one of several active homebrew clubs on Long Island, we discuss and learn about the making and enjoyment of ALL fermented beverages. We have numerous club outings, including wine-tastings, wine and beer related dinners, festivals and educational events. Our meetings are informal and occasionally feature a guest speaker! We often taste samples of various styles of beer, wine and mead. We meet once a month, usually on the 2^nd TUESDAY, at the Blackforest Brewhäus, in Farmingdale, New York. Meetings start at 7:30 PM, unless otherwise noted. Join us and bring a friend!

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Beginners and guests are welcome!!
